2. Services Offered

We provide a range of digital and AI solutions, including Custom Software Development, AI Integration, IoT Systems, Edge Computing Solutions, API Development & Integration, and Mobile App Development. The scope of each service will be defined in the service agreement or project proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
• Ensure all content and materials provided are legal and owned or licensed by you.
• Make timely payments as agreed in the project proposal.

4. Payment Terms

Project costs, payment milestones, and refund policies will be outlined in a custom agreement. Delay in payment may lead to suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom code, designs, and AI models created remain the property of our agency until full payment is received. Upon completion, ownership is transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, source code, and any project-related data shared during the course of the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with prior written notice. In such cases, the client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to review them periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our agency operates.
